My Name
Assalamualaikum and good morning to belove madam Fauzanita and all my friends. How are you today? I hope you all in a good healthty. Before I go to the further, I want to ask you all. Do you have a name? I think you all have it. Right? With a name, others people can regonize who you are and get to know about you.
Firstly, My full name is Tuan Noraliza Binti Tuan Idris. My name have been given by my mother. Honestly, I do not know what my name is meaning. One day, I asked my mother of my name meaning. But she told me that she did not know what about meaning my name. I feel very sad and upset too. However, I am happy because I have a name. For knowledge all of you, Tuan is surname and everyone at my village know on my background with that name. Somebody tell me about my name has meaning. Noraliza means the light of happiness.
My parents just call me Nora. I like with that name because it is simple name and easy to mention it. But my younger sisters call me by name Kak Ra. They call with that name because I am eldests sister. I like they call me with that name because I feel myself have been respected and treasured. That easy right? My cousin and my uncle call me with Nora also. I don’t care what they are will be call me provided that name is my name.
When I was at primary school, my teachers call me by name Noraniza Idris because they cannot remember my name nicely. Moreover, my class teacher could not remember my name. All my friends in the class call me with that name. At first, I dislike they call me like that because I have name and that name is not my name. But, I acceptable because with that name they get to know myself very well.
Beside that, I was at secondary school, my friends call me with my surname that is Tuan. I don’t care they call like that because with that name I felt myself was different from others. In addition, if they call me with Nora, I and my friend will be confused because Nora is same name with my friend. So, I can accept they call my name with Tuan.
Finally, I am really happy because I have a name. My full name is Tuan Noraliza bt Tuan Idris, and you all can call me nora. I would like to say thanks for my parents because give me with that name.
