I do not have a hometown really. But maybe in a short term, I will stay in Kelantan for a long time.
Kelantan is call ‘Serambi Mekah’, because in this state many of Islamic Education Institute have grow up such as ‘Pondok’, Islamic Primary School and Islamic Secondary School. The famous Islamic Education is ‘Pondok’.
Before Malaysia independent day, the ‘Pondok’ is the source of Islamic Malay Education. In Kelantan, the famous ‘Pondok’ is ‘Pondok Pasir Tumboh’, the traditional Islamic Education. The only one ‘Pondok’ that has the semester system examination and the entire book is in Arabic language is ‘Pusat Pengajian Pondok (YIK)’, the famous name is ‘Pondok Moden’.

Idol is some one who is admired and respected very much. Every body have idol as their role model. I have too. My idol is my mum. She is very organize, active, and hardworking person. I love my mum. I must call her every day because I want to hear her voice always. She is also understanding person and if I have any problem i must talk to her. she give advice and some time if i make mistake she will scold me. but I know everything she do, must have right reason. one day I want to be hardworking, caring and always smile like my mum. Mum is my number one person in my life.. LOvE u MuM!!!!!

English is a second language after Malay language. So, it’s not a primary language of Malaysia and there will be something that I like and dislike about it. I love English because it is an important language nowadays since many people use it as a medium to succeed. As we know, day by day, Malaysia in its way to be a successful country and stand together with other country and English language would be one of the key to interact with global. I love English since school till now and I will always love it. The other reason for why I love English so much is because I also like to watch English movies such as James Bond, Terminator, Transformers, and many more. But, something that I dislike about English is I’m not really good in grammar. For me, grammar is the hardest things as I could not handle it since school time. I hope that one day I could fluently use English very well and I will learn it more time by time till I succeed. Whatever it is, English will be a language that I love forever.

From my opinion, foundation English is a subject which is good and important as a basic in English language. I think, for this class, there must be a lot of activity to make students more understand about something. There should be more quizzes, and also public speaking to make a student more confident to use English. If a content in foundation English always need a lecturer only who speak in class, this will not going to success because student will get bored easily. Foundation English is a subject which is important to help student to expert in English. So, I hope that the teaching method is suitable and able to make student more understand. And last but not least, I hope that I would be able to master in English very well...

If I were given a chance to change anything about myself, I would like to change the nervous feeling of myself especially when I deal with person around me and also when I’m delivering a presentation. I don’t like this feeling because when I’m nervous while delivering a presentation, it will make me forget everything that I had prepared before. This kind of problem is supposed not to happen to me as I will become a teacher. I know that to be a teacher, I must get rid of this problem and avoid it from happen. So, I think that this is the thing that I should change about myself. I hope that one day, I will manage to handle it and be calmer during presentation. I hope that all of you will help me in order to be a better person.

(sorry this essay i pass early but someone delete my essays)....

Last weekend, I was in Alor Setar, Kedah for join MASUM sports carnival.That event gives me more experience and sweet memories. I played cricket in that carnival.UKM cricket team got gold medal when we defeat successfully USM team in final stage.

We went to Alor Setar at Wednesday night 14 May 2009. In that town, my team stays at hotel for whole week. It so comfortable and have beautiful view, difference with the others UKM team just stay at UUM hostels. First day in a town we just relax and walk around and buy some souvenirs.

My team listed within group B with USM, UTM and UMP. My team successfully champion and further qualifies to semi final. In semi final, my team managed to defeat UITM. In final stage, my team meets returns with USM and was once again managed defeat that team and got gold medal. After winning that match coach and manager celebrate our team’s, it most wonderful time to me.

Then we prepare go back to UKM. We back yesterday night from Kedah and arrive around 6 a.m. at UKM.

What did I do last weekend? Weekend is a term referring to two traditionally non-working days in a seven-day week. From what I remember, first thing that I do last weekend is I wash all my dirty clothes in the morning. After I had settled with all my clothes, I went to take breakfast with my friend. Then, I play computer games with my roommates till I feel like my finger will going to break. In the afternoon, after I performed zohor prayer; I went to sleep because I’m too tired due to the busy weekdays. Then I woke up at 4 o’clock and had a chat for a while with my friends. At 6’oclock, I went to field to play football with my friends until 7 o’clock. I like to play football because it makes me feel healthy all the time. After that, I went back to my room and get ready to perform maghrib prayer. While waiting to perform isyak prayer, I recited al- Quran. After that, at night, I went to BB Tom yam to take dinner with my friends. I love to eat Tom yam there because it’s delicious. Then, around 11 o’ clock, I went to Bangi to play futsal till midnight. After that, I went back to my hostel and ready to sleep. That is my activity during last weekend.

First question here is….do you have any idol? For me, of course it’s my parents. They are my hero and everything in my life. Why? It is because they sacrifice too many things to grow me up as well as my siblings and they give all their love to me. My father is only work as a labourer and my mother is a housewife. Our life just very simple and they never give up taking care of us till now. They manage to make us happy and give a well education for us. Even though our life is not comfort like many people outside there, we always are in peaceful and well condition. What is the most important thing for me is they always are in my side to help me in everything that I do and guide me to be a better person. They also give spirit to me to success in my life and I promise that one day, I will make them happy with what I’m achieved. I know that they love me same as I love them so much. Here, I want to thank them for all the things that they do for me and I’m promise that they will be my hero forever till my last breath.

When I was small I was afraid of leech. I’m still remembering that I always went to swamp with my friends and fishing. One day, when I was fishing, I feel like something move on my feet. Automatically, my attention goes to something black that’s feed blood on my feet. It’s a leech!! I try my best to get rid of the leech but it’s hard to move it. Then thank God that I have my friends there to help me. They use a stick to remove it and Alhamdulillah it’s succeeded. That is the most memorable thing that I always remember and till now, I really hate leech and it’s annoying to see them. I hate it because it was slimy and it likes to suck blood. I’m sure that not only me whose hate leech so much and I know that there are so many people also hate it just like me. Alright, bye...Thank you.

Everyone have their own village including myself. Do you remember the story of How Dalat Got its name? The story traces the name of a village in Sarawak, which is called Dalat. Now I’m not going to talk about Dalat or any village in Sarawak but here I would like to share with all of you about my village history which is Kampung Paya Rambai, located at Kelantan. Want to know why its name likes that? Well, this is the story. Due to what I’m heard, long time ago, there was a lot of “Rambai Tree” at my village. Rambai is a type of fruit which is like langsat but smaller and sour. Perhaps during that time, we will see a lot of the tree when we travel around the location. In addition, there were a lot of swamps around my village. From there, the villagers named it as Kampung Paya Rambai. My villagers are very kind and polite between each other. So, I love my village so much as here is the place where I’m growing up and play since I was small.

I like English so much. English is the international language and is spoken by more people in the world. I can improve my understanding of the dialogue in films and TV shows when I study in English. Since English is a very important language to learn how to speak. With English, it makes me easy when I attend an interview to get a job. Other than that English is very useful for my degree course so it make me likes English so much….I like English….(‘’,)

In my opinion, foundation English is interesting subject and I enjoyable this class. In this class I can learn more about English that it can be improve my knowledge such as in grammar, vocabulary, writing and speaking. At the same time, its help to settle in to the whole world of the university, make faster progress in improving my English level and feel easy study here. Furthermore, teachers in this class so nice and kind person. I would like to thanks to madam Fauza and madam Michi because teach very well and give more knowledge to me and my classmate.Thanks madam…….:)
