If you were given a chance would you change anything about yourself? What is it? Why?

If I were given a change, I would like to chance many things about myself. But now i want to share some of things that I want to change in myself.
Firstly I want to slim my body because I feel I am very fat now and I am not comfortable with my body. Then I want to become rich women because I want to buy anything I want such as new clothes, shoes, hand bag and anything I like..
I want to be confident person too. It is because it can give me more advantages when Imeet all people and speak in public. And lastly I want to speak in English language clearly and fluently.
